Plans / priced per site

Phone and network plans for every location you run

Three monthly plans that stack, Voice, Connect and Multi-Site, plus a one-time Legacy Bridge project for older systems. Each site gets the plan it needs, and the quote is built from your actual inventory.

The plans

Voice, Connect and Multi-Site, plus a bridge for older systems

Plans stack, so a business can run Multi-Site at headquarters and the warehouse and Voice at a two-person sales office. You can move a site up or down a plan as it changes.

Voice

Hosted phones or SIP trunks for a site. Numbers ported and managed, call flows and auto attendant built to your hours, emergency calling configured with the site address, and toll-fraud controls on from day one.

Quote Voice

Connect

Everything in Voice, plus the network the phones run on: managed firewall, switching, Wi-Fi, a voice network with call priority, and failover to a second connection. New internet circuits are coming soon via a partner; until then we manage the circuits you have.

Quote Connect

Multi-Site

Everything in Connect at every location, plus SD-WAN or encrypted site-to-site links, one standard build for each site, central monitoring, written change management, and reporting by site and for the whole business.

Quote Multi-Site

Legacy Bridge (project)

A one-time, fixed-scope project for older systems. Keep a Nortel or Mitel system running on SIP through a gateway, or move off 3CX, PRI lines or copper to a plan above. Scoped and quoted in writing before work starts.

Legacy Bridge is a project rather than a monthly plan, so it is not in this table. When it is done, the site moves onto Voice, Connect or Multi-Site.

How pricing works

Why there are no prices on this page

Two sites on the same plan can cost very different amounts. A clinic with 40 phones, two circuits and a fax line is a different job from a store with three phones and a card terminal, so we quote each site from its inventory instead of publishing one number that fits nobody.

  • What sets the monthly price: the plan, the number of phones or users, phone numbers and lines, and the network devices and circuits we manage at that site.
  • What is quoted separately: phones and network hardware, which you can buy outright, and any cabling work.
  • Legacy Bridge: one fixed-scope price for the project, written before work starts.
  • Terms: the length of the agreement and what happens at renewal are set out in the quote, in writing.

Send your last phone bill or a list of sites and we reply within one business day with the questions we need answered to quote.

Switching

Questions people ask before they switch

Do we keep our phone numbers?

In most cases, yes. Numbers move by porting, which the losing carrier processes on a date we schedule with you. The FCC and other regulators set the porting rules; some number types, such as certain toll-free or non-geographic numbers outside the US, have their own processes. We check every number on your bill before quoting.

Will the phones go down during the switch?

The cutover is planned for a window you choose. Old and new systems run side by side until the port completes, and we test inbound, outbound and emergency calling before the old service is cancelled.

Can we reuse our existing desk phones?

Often. Many SIP desk phones from mainstream makers can be reprovisioned. Proprietary digital handsets from older systems such as Nortel or Mitel usually cannot be used with hosted voice, but they can stay in service behind a SIP gateway while you plan.

What happens to our current contract?

Send us the contract or the last bill. We note the end date and any early termination terms so you can choose a cutover date that avoids overlap or penalties where possible.

Do you handle emergency calling?

Yes. We set up direct dialing of the local emergency number and register a validated address and location detail for each site or phone, as the rules in that country require. In the US that means Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’S Act for multi-line systems.

Who do we call after the switch?

Us. Requests come in through the client portal, email or phone and are answered within one business day.

Bigger than phones and networks?

Per-user help desk and managed IT

Texwan plans cover phones, networks and the devices on them, and managed IT for computers and servers is available as an add-on. For a per-user help desk covering every staff member’s computer, accounts and email, our sister company Computer Plus covers that side.
